Bishop Ridge is a cluster of Savoy Residential-managed apartment communities in North Oak Cliff, Dallas, TX 75203. It spans multiple communities across a walkable stretch of streets, including N Ewing Ave, N Lancaster Ave, and N Marsalis Ave. Some are historic renovations and some are new construction. The Parker at Bishop Ridge, at 1301 E Jefferson Blvd, is one of the newest additions to the footprint, with more than a dozen Savoy properties along this corridor.

What is the Bishop Arts District?

The Bishop Arts District is a walkable commercial corridor in North Oak Cliff, Dallas, centered along N Bishop Ave and W Davis St. It's known for independently owned restaurants, coffee shops, bars, boutiques, and art galleries in historic storefronts.

Does The Parker offer income-restricted housing through the Essential Housing Program?

Yes. The Parker participates in the Essential Housing Program, which offers a selection of homes at reduced rates to income-qualified households earning up to 80% of the Area Median Income, including essential workers in fields such as healthcare, education, emergency services, law enforcement, and the military. Rent and income limits vary by household size and unit; contact the leasing office for the current limits and availability.

Does The Parker accept Housing Choice Vouchers?

Yes. The Parker participates in and accepts Housing Choice Vouchers (Section 8).

What amenities does The Parker offer?

The Parker at Bishop Ridge offers a fitness center, a resident clubhouse and lounge, elevator access, package lockers, and storage units. It is a smoke-free, pet-friendly community with on-site management and on-site maintenance.

Is The Parker pet-friendly?

Yes. The Parker at Bishop Ridge welcomes cats and dogs, up to two pets per home, with a 75 lb. weight limit per pet. Breed restrictions apply, and all pets are screened through PetScreening.com. There is no pet deposit; a one-time pet fee of $350 applies, plus $25 in monthly pet rent per pet.

Is parking available at The Parker?

Yes. The Parker at Bishop Ridge has open surface parking, and covered parking is available. Contact the leasing office for parking assignments and any associated cost.

How are utilities handled at The Parker?

Residents at The Parker at Bishop Ridge are responsible for all utilities. Electricity is set up directly with the provider of your choice. Water and sewer are submetered and billed through Conservice. City trash removal is billed back to the resident at $15 per month.

What monthly fees are there besides rent?

The Parker at Bishop Ridge charges $150 per month in addition to rent: $70 for internet (a required Spectrum/Charter bulk account), $45 for a technology package, $15 for trash, $10 for pest control, and $10 for common area maintenance.

What does it cost to apply at The Parker?

The application fee at The Parker at Bishop Ridge is $65 per applicant, and a $100 admin fee is due at move-in. The security deposit ranges from $200 to one full month's rent, depending on the results of your screening. Lease terms of 12 to 15 months are available.
